Question 1

Are your parts genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source from UK main dealers and approved OEM manufacturers such as Bosch, Denso, Valeo, SKF, Mann Filter and Mahle. Every invoice shows the manufacturer and part number.

Question 2

How does the VIN matching service work?

Accepted Answer

Send your VIN or chassis number with your quote request. Our parts team checks it against the manufacturer catalogue and confirms the exact OEM number before you pay.

Question 3

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Ghana — with other destinations on request.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Air freight is typically 5–9 days, express courier 3–6 days, and sea freight 16–32 days depending on destination and clearance.

Question 5

Can I pay in instalments or on account?

Accepted Answer

Business accounts can apply for credit terms. Individual orders are paid up front by card, bank transfer or approved mobile money.

Question 6

Do you handle customs clearance?

Accepted Answer

On door-to-door terms, yes. Our in-country partners clear the goods and deliver to your address. On port terms, we supply the full document pack for your clearing agent.

Question 7

What if the part does not fit?

Accepted Answer

If we supplied a part against a confirmed VIN and it does not fit, we replace it and cover return freight. See our returns policy for full details.

Question 8

Do you supply used parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — graded, tested breaker parts including engines, gearboxes and body panels, each photographed before dispatch.
