Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 2026. These terms apply to all quotes, orders and shipments.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are quoted ex-UK unless a landed-cost figure is explicitly stated.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once cleared funds are received. We accept bank transfer, card payment and approved account terms. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Fitment and vehicle data
We match parts using the VIN, registration or part number you supply. Where that information is incomplete or incorrect, responsibility for fitment errors rests with the buyer.
Shipping and risk
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery to the address specified for door-to-door terms, or on collection at destination port for freight-only terms.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless a delivered-duty-paid quote has been agreed in writing.
Warranty
New genuine and OE-quality parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months. Used parts carry a 90-day functional warranty. Warranty covers the part only, not labour or consequential loss.
Returns
Unfitted parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility except where the part was supplied incorrectly by us. Electrical parts and special orders are non-returnable once dispatched.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for downtime, loss of earnings or consequential losses arising from delay or part failure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
